All visits include diagnostic endoscopy, neck ultrasound, blood draw and sinus irrigation if appropriate.

Office visits are priced according to the complexity of the problem and anticipated amount of time spent with the physician.

Patients are given a detailed receipt with codes to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. We do not contract with any insurance companies so are considered out-of-network. We do not accept Medicare, and Medicare will not reimburse patients who see us.
