We have now treated over 1000 people with monoclonal antibodies. The trend we’re seeing is that they work well - but early treatment is key. We have not seen any serious reactions in our patients thus far.
Since my last post on the early treatment for COVID-19, some new recommendations for outpatient treatment of COVID-19 have been added. Below is the complete list, based on research done by Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance. Items in bold are new additions to the list since my last post.
For a young, healthy person, COVID-19 positive, with minimal symptoms:
Vitamin D3 5000IU per day
Vitamin C 1000mg twice a day
Quercetin 250mg twice a day
Lactoferrin 250mg per day
Zinc 100mg per day
Melatonin 10mg before bed
Aspirin 325mg per day
Pulse oximeter - monitor blood oxygen level
Rinse nose with saline + 1/4 teaspoon Betadine three times a day
For COVID-19 positive with severe symptoms or for high-risk patients with mild symptoms :
Everything listed above plus…
Consider Ivermectin 0.5mg/kg, take once a day for 5 days
Consider Fluvoxamine 50mg twice a day
IV Monoclonal Antibodies
Consider Nitazoxanide 1000mg twice a day for 5 days
Consider Spironolactone 200mg a day for 10 days
Consider Dutasteride 2mg on day 1 then 1mg a day for 10 days
Breathing treatments: Nebulized budesonide, albuterol and hypertonic saline
For prevention after exposure….
Vitamin D3 5000IU per day

Zinc 40 mg a day
Melatonin 6mg before bed
Rinse nose with saline + 1/4 teaspoon Betadine twice a day.
Ivermectin 0.4mg/kg x 1 and then another dose 48 hours later.

Quercetin is a plant-derived supplement with anti-inflammatory and anti-viral effects.
Lactoferrin is a protein found in breast milk that helps the body absorb iron and has strong anti-microbial properties.
Nitazoxanide is a medication used to treat parasites.
Spironolactone. is a multi-purpose medication used to treat high blood pressure, acne, and fluid retention.
Dutasteride is an anti-androgen medication used to treat an enlarged prostate.
